I had to unplug the usb three or four times in the middle of the download because it got stuck.

freaked me out the first few times, since it warns not to. But it hung there for like 20 or 30 minutes so I risked it. Finally got it to go and all was good once the download got all done.
The removing/resetting of the battery got to be a pain, tho.
