What would be nice is if you could post over it. Redo the subject line but the old subject line and IM could not be altered, just buried below a new

So accountability would still be there, but you could say in a new subject line, SPOILERS in this thread. Or I meant to say this. Or, sorry about the stuff in this post. I thought about it and I was wrong.
The old stuff would still be accessible.
