It's very easy to use.
A neat feature: if you highlight a phone number in an email it'll ask if you want to call that number. It may work that way with the web, too, but I haven't tried it yet.
When you import contacts, if you have a "Joe Smith" in your phone directory and a "Joe Smith" in your Facebook Friends list, it'll ask you if you want to link them. If they're the same person, then all their info is in one place on your phone.
If you use Gmail, there's lots of ways to configure things there that carry over to your phone.
