i think dave was close to heatstroke this morning.

we went jogging at 10 and it was way too hot. we were at my mom's so we did the waterfront trail but there was no shade. we'd jogged for 48 minutes and taken 5 one-minute breaks in addition to the jogging time. i was close to dying of heat and we were almost done and then dave got *chills*, he started having little shivers, etc so, yeah we were done.
