Rather than teriyaki, use this marinade:

Hoisin Marinade:

* 1/4 cup hoisin sauce (get in asian dept of supermarket)
* 2 teaspoons minced ginger
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* Heaping 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
