Until someone forces me to sign that deal, it's equally on me.

and as I have the benefit of them not coming back to refinance when it suits them...I'm winning. I'm building equity for the same deal we agreed to.

That this time now is we're on the other side of that...I don't believe that holding able-monied people to contracts they agreed to without some penalties is an unfair burden.

If anything, I think these penalties are far too lenient.
