I just asked but she might be comp day today. she bakes it on top of her stove in a cast iron skillet in summertime

so she doesn't have to turn on the oven. I like when the bread is crumbly and the corn is mushy.

oh, this reminds me: *mush up the corn a little before you put it in.*
