I wonder if he's just in a lot more collaborative mood these days than ever before, because he no longer thinks he's head and shoulders above everyone else. It sounds like he's having more fun with it when he's working with others, which is sort of good news. He's been really light on guest spots in the past, but he does seem to have a really good track record with them.
