While their argument is crap, it also seems reasonable that there be religious restrictions on candidates when hiring for a paid chaplain position. -- nm

While I see the benefit of having someone to provide moral/spiritual guidance in a prison. Seems like a paid chaplain position is always gonna lead

Legally, yeah, I can see that but in terms of for the individual, it seems problematic.
