While I see the benefit of having someone to provide moral/spiritual guidance in a prison. Seems like a paid chaplain position is always gonna lead

this kind of issue.
What happens if a hindu wants guidance? As Apu said there are 700 million of them. DQ on basis of religion is problematic.
