I figure today will be either excruciatingly boring - or a crapstorm. Either way, Tuesday will be the opposite.

Lots of people are off. That means either (a) the people still working are going to freak out about Monday being a holiday, or (b) the people that are off today will freak out on Tuesday that they forgot about Monday being a holiday.
(holiday = day off.)
