Yup. Broadway shows are very expensive. Do yourself a favor and don't eat anywhere near the theatre district.

Go to eat before or after the show somewhere not in Times Square or near Broadway. You'll overpay for mediocre food.

Have a fun time while you're here! I hope your wife enjoys whichever show you two get to see!
