My only concern with seeing a foreign doctor would be my ability to understand them, though I suppose the same criteria applies to domestic docs as well. Because I work in IT and a great deal of our work is outsourced to India, I work with Indians on a daily basis. Of those I have worked with, every one of them is diligent, hard-working, and very respectful. And I'm lucky if I can understand 1 out of every 4 words they say. :)
Thank god for instant messaging and email.
