I can't believe that none of ross's friends work. who would I be, how would I know what I had to lose, had I not worked shit jobs in high school.

also, most kids work jobs that are customer service based. it teaches them communication skills (note: ross has none) and to respect others. working in customer service also teaches kids to think on their feet to solve problems.
I hate that kids don't work anymore. when did that happen?
