Need lyrics assistance, can't make out a certain phrase

Between 1:01 and 1:10

pretty sure it's "my senses heightened", but the part after that I truly can't discern exactly..

All the lyrics online are obviously wrong (transcribed by some Frenchie clerk back in the early eighties, most likely, as the singer is French and the original version is in French - but the lyrics are not exactly the same, so no help translating from French, either)

Her singing isn't very heavily accented, so I'm assuming this should be possible to make out - if only my imagination could help me guess what she might be singing about.. Is it emotion or motion? The context seems to suggest motion, as next up she mentions some animals:

"I'm dancing bare foot under a red sun

My senses heightened /feel my emotion/ (obvie wrong)
Gazelle or panther - I hear a lion roar
The voodoo goddess fills me with all her force"
