FWIW, from what I've read this decision is less about Seantrel as it is his father.

From what I've read, if it were up to Seantrell he'd have signed the letter of intent months ago, possible sanctions be damned. His dad was the one who was aprehensive, and is behind the push to get USC to release him from the letter of intent.

*shrug*

I don't know, good luck to Seantrell if he chooses to go elsewhere.
