The show is a bit misleading because of the most part they don't take into the realtor commission. That 6% or 7% is quite a bit.

I am still quite surprised that after almost zero planning most are able to wiggle out and make a profit.

        Actually, the episode I watched of Property Virgins was a fail last night, they ended up looking at 70+ homes, put in nearly a dozen offers - znufrii Jul 13, 05:55
