Plus the commission is killer. This last episode had the house sell for $790k, and the people "made" $123k or so.

But a 7% commission would be $55k. So they really made ~68k.
Which is still dang nice.
(I think a typical commission is 6 or 7%. However, it might be less on bigger priced homes).
