so, a few tidbits about the new job (the company shall remain nameless..)

1) it's not a production company. at all. the temp agency is wacked. but whatever.

2) it's freakishly quiet, i may lose my mind from boredom. the person who is leaving is training me, she told me at lunch that she was so bored she found a free website that gave latin lessons.

3) it's owned by two older men, brothers, and their children. they are all orthodox jews. lots of yarmulkes and those things (starts with an M) that are door frames....

4) the daughter of brother 1 is married to the son of brother 2. yes, they are first cousins and vice presidents. i didn't think that was legal.

5) they have a killer salt water aquarium in the board and a cool video conferencing set up.

6) I work with someone named Eudora, like on Bewitched.

7) to access the office it's a finger print scanner. getting 'scanned' into the system was the coolest part of my day.

8) my computer's homepage was Deepak Chopra's site.
