If people in your real life are encouraging you to date, I would hope that they are good enough friends that you could just say "Thanks for trying to help, but I've got too much else on my plate right now."
If it's ST or other internet people who are telling you to date, then DON'T BRING IT UP AND DON'T ENGAGE IF ANYONE ELSE BRINGS IT UP!!
