My mother already talked to the caterer who said we'd be out the cost of the food if they've already bought it, but they can work with us on the rest.

Will's friend has told me the best option is just to show up and get married and work everything around it, since "life goes on", but I have a feeling I'm going to have a hard time convincing people of that.
