Not uncommon for starters moving up a level. What is uncommon is for players who have never starterd a professional game to become starters.

that's what limits Collins value.
You seem to think I'm saying collins isn't good. QUite the contrary, he's very good. It's what makes this a good trade for ATL. But I also like the deal for TOR.
