I had that issue when I was selling my Mamiya camera gear, the US distributor got in my face about it, had ebay pull some auctions, because they own

the name mamiya in the US and they didn't want me to use it to describe my stuff as Like New or Mint, I could only say the stuff was used.
you know what it cost them? I did not invest in a mamiya digital back, that's what.
