JackDawson: Here's an alternate scenario, which may or may not qualify as discrimination, wherein I would not support the school

A society for battered women wishes to be eligible for school funding, but they have two annoying trolls who are protesting their inability to join the group.
Troll 1 is just a regular guy, one of those types who latches on to some rule that becomes his stupid and meaningless quest to overturn.
Troll 2 is a convicted rapist.
The group wishes to exclude both trolls from the group. The school would (or may) say that excluding those two people counts as discrimination, and thus removes them from funding consideration.
In this example, I would side against the school. Would the supreme court?
