If you show up to a club with 9 guys at once, you aren't going in.

Basically they want a ratio and a few they don't mind, but they will sucker the hell out of you to buy bottle service, or make you pay a higher cover.
2-3 should be fine, but I would seriously stagger the entry. When I went, the highest cover I paid was $10, because it was 2 of us (we also got good deals). We went to Ghostbar, Moon, Studio 54, Pure, Playboy Club, and LAX.
Deals can be found: For example we were walking through MGM during the day and someone outside Studio 54 was handing out $10 cover passes to anyone who wanted them. Saved us so much money. The guys in front of us paid $30 each.
Let me know where you are interested in, and I'll see if I remember what deals/passes were around.
