If you're feeling uncomfortable with them, have them give you something different. I just switched to a different brand for the montly ones.

cleaning tablet? You must have some heavy duty ones.
Do you sleep in them?
I wear mine for about 12 - 14 hrs a day, then just put them in a contact case in Target multipurpose solution overnight.
