Pretty much. I'm still paying attention to calories, but focusing more on the running.

Suzanne's almost lost 20 lbs, with a goal of 40, so we're really doing it together. It's easier (for her, and probably for me) that I'm doing the same. If I were eating (and buying at the grocery store) crappy foods, it would be harder for her to eat better. But with both of us paying attention it's helping both of us. :)
