As in, not because they had fully thought through their actions, and why they had to do it. And so one may eventually come to regret the stress of being a parent (child-less couples reportedly being happier than parental couples), and also choice of spouse (divorce rates hover around 50% most places).
Every irrational infatuation I've had (sometimes causing me pro-longed misery) has come about due to close friends moving in together, getting married and/or having children, I believe. Not because I just came across a girl/woman that was one in a million, or seemed to most likely be my one and only soul-mate.
