Does anyone have experience with Adobe Premiere Elements?

I'm trying to put together a DVD to teach a karate form. I'd like to break the form into several pieces and allow the viewer to watch a particular piece. I've succeeded in this so far, but at the end of the clip it automatically returns to the main menu. I'd prefer to have the clip pause at the end and remain there until the viewer either returns to the main menu on their own or repeats the clip.
Any pointers?
