I broke down and made cookies this afternoon - and I've already eaten 3 :/

But they're very small cookies :)
And somewhat bizarre - I used a carrot cake mix and shredded candied ginger and moistened it with just one egg and a little water. Actually quite tasty - a little like gingersnaps.
