Read it again. Life sentences for people that a board concludes are likely to re offend.

yeah it's the thought police. But they did it once, so they get to be judged more than those of us that haven't commit a violent crime against another person or child.
I could give a shit about redemption. I am more concerned with a new victim having their life stolen from them because some rapist got let back out.
