Yes, perfect world in my subject header. But in the case you describe it's more about the flaws in the justice system than about the list. Not knowing the circumstances I would have not plead guilty. Her drunkenness could have swayed the jury. Not to mention getting her up on the stand.

BTW, you have just described my biggest fear as a single man that dates.
