st babymakers: how concerned should i be that my brother's new baby boy is tiny?

not like preemie tiny or anything, and they let him go from the hospital would incident apparently

but compared to my other brother's daughters, he's pretty tiny. do they just grow big the same way as a baby that's bigger at birth??

i don't know nothing bout birthin no babies
