Yes. Save them all into an Excel Sheet. Then open Word and go to Mailings >> Start Mail Merge. (This is Word 2007.)

It walks you through the steps pretty much. Just make sure your Excel sheet has name, address, city, state, zip, etc. headers. It's very easy.
