My total (principal, interest, prop tax & insurance) will be 3400 for all three properties.

I get 450 for renting my spare room.
1200 per month from my tenants in Vegas house #1
estimated 1500 per month for Vegas house #2
So it's like I have a very very small payment that I have to pay out of my monthly salary as a researcher. Very very affordable and very very profitable.
I do feel bad for all the people with economic hardships right now, but another way to spell recession is opportunity.
