Same here. I used to do some 200-250 push-ups within 10 minutes, as a warm up exercise, back when I was doing real hard strength training sessions, 6

years ago. Besides those push-ups, I lifted between 40 and 60 tons per session (max 90 minutes).

Now I haven't exercised/body-builded in years, I only do some 20-25 per set. So I guess I could use this program, for a while.
