oh, yah, that, too.

I have pretty good knowledge of medical terms and such, so that wasn't a thing for me; but it totally could be for many others.

my pcp's clinic gives printouts after each appt of basics; but I could see room for improvement there, with a direct list of action items and such, beyond labwork. I do bring an index card for each appt with questions and for notes, but it would be good to not have to depend on that as much.
