I'm wondering if I've ever mentioned that I've been living without television for much of the last, like, 7 years.

I've been in a couple apartments where I didn't have tv at all(and one in only the last two months I was there), and I currently don't have it in my condo.
There were two travel stints in 2004 and 2006 where I lived out of a hotel for a few months where I had it, and then about 3 stints back with my parents between apartments, the shortest of which was a month and the longest of which was Oct 2006-April 2008.
My parents presently live 15 minutes away so if I desperately want to see something I can. Otherwise, I don't really miss it that much, outside of having something on in the background.
