"it was all a dream" is key. Are all the characters in the film "projections" of Cobb's? That would certainly explain the woodenness of the actors, imo.

Some people also posited that the top wobbles and is about to fall. So is it - or is it not - a dream? There's no certainty.

Personally, I really liked how tight the logic was of the "going deeper into the dreams" was. How time slowed at each level, so the falling van / hotel / snow fort sequence made sense.

I found it all very thought provoking and well done.
