Scavenger Hunt? Print out the firm's Philosophy, Vision, and whatever other "Statements" they have and make into puzzles.

Have an "Olympics," with each of those items as an event. For example, do the puzzle thing for the Vision and time it. Record the speed at which each team finishes. For Career Development, do a Hangman or Pictionary game. Time how long it takes each team to get all 5 words or phrases or whatever.
