There's no expectations...it can't be tough when winning 4-5 games a season gets you extensions.

Ohio State/Michigan where guys like John Cooper and Lloyd got fired / run out of town for winning 10 games and losing to each other...
Notre Dame where Ty Willingham got removed after only winning like 30 games in 3 years.
Those are tough. Vandy is tough to win at, but it's not a tough job. Get some talent, win 5 games and enjoy the new contract.
