Heh...I had read that already.....I am still not convienced......

The tax records can tell me how much people make but they dont tell me education level, language, type of home and how much you pay for maintenance.
I may agree with the article about the time factor. 10 years between censuses is way too long and even five years can be too long for some things but I still have not seen something of the same level to replace.
