I don't know what the real story is.

But the story that I heard is that they brought back the original agent and fired Morales because Thiessen got pregnant. With her needing time off, they wanted to bring in another female character. When they decided to bring back the original agent they thought that gave them too many women at the FBI. So, they dropped Morales. But she was in the ads for the new season that they were showing before the premiere, so I'm curious if she will return at some point. I do know that she's no longer a regular on White Collar and she might be a regular on Parks & Recreation (won't know about that until around January).
