On one hand, screw him. It's not like Sandra can't find a much better guy to be a loving stepfather.

Then again, everyone deserves a second chance. I think ST dads will agree that having a kid (even an adopted one, probably) changes your priorities around pretty quickly and significantly. He could very well be trustworthy how.
