my brother just got back from doing Fema Duty out there - visited some place called Authors Ridge - Thoreau, Hawthorne, Emerson, etc. all buried.

It was his first time out in that part of the States and he thought it was pretty cool ... so much "older" than the Mid-West or Western places he's lived ... we don't really have "taverns" ... he liked the Wright Tavern out there.
