So Monday at 5:45am our Scout Troop is headed out for a 200-mile, week-long bike camp trek thing. It is going to be awesome.

We're going somewhere up towards Pittsburgh on the C&O canal tow-path, and biking into Washington DC. I have no idea where we are going to go, where we will be (some veterans of this experience from a decade ago are pretty much doing all the planning). My offical role on the trip is meal-assistant-wrangler (I have to goad the boys assigned to cook and clean-up to do their jobs).

My oldest son just turned 18, so this will be his last big Scout thing. My youngest son is turning 12, so this will be his first.

Excited.
