at&t's lack of smaller offerings is a big reason why I feel no loyalty towards them.

some time ago, we had a phone fair thing at work, with all three of the biggies showing their wares.
the at&t guy actually suggested I go across to verizon because he knew they just don't offer enough choices.
verizon doesn't have that much more; but there are other tradeups, too.
