I'm going with one of these options, from my Ben & Jerry's Homemade Ice Cream & Dessert Book: (I think I'm in the mood for something a little different)

Fresh Georgia Peach
Banana Strawberry
Banana Peanut Butter
Peanut Butter
KitKat
Chocolate Gingersnap
Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie
Beer Sorbet
Apricot Sorbet
