I'm surprised The Rock didn't become a much bigger Action star with all his talents but I agree with others that where he is isn't bad.

I still don't understand how the Scorpion King was a dud. He was at the height of his popularity, in an action movie at the height of the franchise.
The tone of the movie was too Xena campy but that shouldn't have led to the small opening (if I remember correctly). I expected alot more from that movie and I don't understand why it failed.
