good friend/coworker just bought one - he said something that I never thought about but it makes sense in physics

if the mattress conforms to your body and basically makes a body shape - that means your body doesn't breath in some of the areas - it is completely covered up on that back side.
he said it makes you sweat like you wouldn't believe.
